Who We Are

Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: August 1, 2024

We hope you love every product you purchase from The BlowUp Bar. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer the following options for returns and refunds:

In-Store Returns

  • Products purchased from any The BlowUp Bar location can be returned to any of our salon locations within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment, as long as you have the original receipt.
  • Returns made 31-60 days after purchase or without the original receipt will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
  • Returns will not be accepted for purchases made more than 60 days ago.

Note: Products purchased online at www.theblowupbar.com must be returned through our online return process. In-store returns for online purchases are not permitted.

Online Returns

  • Products purchased on www.theblowupbar.com can be returned by mail within 60 days of the shipping date for a full refund.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for products purchased from third-party retailers or for purchases older than 60 days.

To initiate a return for an online purchase:

  1. Contact The BlowUp Bar Customer Service at [Insert Customer Service Number] or email us at [Insert Customer Service Email].
  2. Provide your contact details, order number (found on your packing slip), and the products you’d like to return.
  3. Our Customer Service team will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
  4. Carefully pack the items in a shipping box, including the original packing list.
  5. Attach the pre-paid shipping label to the box and drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your original form of payment.

Additional Information

  • Free returns are available for all shipments originating within the continental U.S.
  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed returns.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is no longer available, a store credit will be provided.

Yes! All The BlowUp Bar products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and our products are certified by the Leaping Bunny program, ensuring the highest standard of cruelty-free production.
Most of our tools are specifically designed for use in the U.S. and Canada with a standard 120V/60Hz power supply.

The following tools should NOT be used outside of the U.S. and Canada, even with a voltage converter or transformer, as it could lead to performance issues or potential damage:

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At The BlowUp Bar, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules can change. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a charge a full cost/price of the appointment fee as it limits our ability to fill the appointment slot.
For no-shows or same-day cancellations, the full appointment cost/price will be charged, as last-minute changes prevent other clients from booking that time.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service for all of our valued clients.
