Our Warranty Policy: Peace of Mind Guaranteed!

Warranty Policy for Tools Purchased from The BlowUp Bar LLC

Effective Date: August 1. 2024

At The BlowUp Bar, we stand behind the quality and performance of our tools. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions for tools purchased directly from The BlowUp Bar or authorized retailers.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

The BlowUp Bar offers a limited warranty on tools purchased through our website, www.theblowupbar.com, or from authorized retailers. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies to the following:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship that impact the tool’s performance.
  • Failure of electrical components or heating elements under normal use.
  • Damage that results from a defect in manufacturing.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
  • Tools used with an incorrect voltage supply or outside of the specified voltage range.
  • Damage caused by repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized service centers or individuals.
  • Accidental damage, loss, or theft.
  • Any damage resulting from the use of the tool outside of the U.S. and Canada.

To receive warranty service, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, showing the date and place of purchase.

If you believe your tool is defective and covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at [Insert Contact Email or Phone Number] with a detailed description of the issue, your proof of purchase, and the tool’s serial number (if applicable).
  2. Inspection: Our team will assess your claim and may request that you send the tool in for inspection.
  3. Repair or Replacement: If the tool is deemed defective and covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace it with the same or a comparable model.

Any replacement tool provided under this warranty is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 days, whichever is longer.

If your warranty claim is approved, The BlowUp Bar will cover the cost of shipping the tool back to us for inspection, as well as the cost of sending the repaired or replacement tool to you.

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary depending on your location. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At The BlowUp Bar, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules can change. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a charge a full cost/price of the appointment fee as it limits our ability to fill the appointment slot.
For no-shows or same-day cancellations, the full appointment cost/price will be charged, as last-minute changes prevent other clients from booking that time.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service for all of our valued clients.
